You have a strong background in data analysis and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Your proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Looker allows you to derive insights that drive strategic decisions. You approach problems with a strategic mindset and have the ability to execute strategies across different teams effectively. Your excellent communication skills enable you to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. You have previous experience in the mobile gaming or ad tech industry, giving you a deep understanding of game economies and user acquisition strategies.
Desirable
Experience working with advertising platforms and optimizing campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with account management processes and client-facing interactions will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As a Growth Performance Manager at Unity, you will leverage our advertising platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with account management teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success. Your role will involve communicating with advertisers to provide suggestions for optimizing their campaigns and improving user acquisition strategies. You will work with internal teams to implement improvements and develop new features that align with client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and presenting client-facing materials, including partnership decks and case studies, to drive business development efforts.
