Overview
Doctolib is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the Compensation & Benefits team. You'll assist with various HR-related tasks and contribute to projects on compensation and benefits. This position is ideal for candidates preparing for a Master's in business or HR.
Job Description
Who you are
You are preparing for a Master's degree in business or human resources and have completed at least 6 months of internship or apprenticeship in an HR department. You are curious, motivated, and recognized for your organizational skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to learn about compensation and benefits.
What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in managing requests from HR teams, managers, and countries regarding compensation-related topics. You will conduct analyses based on business needs, particularly in light of upcoming regulations on salary transparency. Additionally, you will contribute to various Compensation, Benefits, and International Mobility projects, helping to create and maintain specific content such as FAQs and training materials. You will also assist the C&B team during the annual salary review campaign, ensuring that compensation ranges are updated based on market data.
