What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with the Employee Relations and HR Compliance team, assisting in various legal tasks related to labor law. You will provide legal support to HR Business Partners, conduct monthly legal monitoring, and draft legal notes and correspondence. You will also participate in the preparation of pre-litigation and litigation matters. Additionally, you will prepare for CSE meetings and contribute to collective agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will be involved in transversal projects, such as preparing for professional elections and creating training materials for HR teams.
