Job Description
Who you are
You are a student in your first or second year of a Master's program in event management or communication, or an equivalent field. You have some experience, even if brief, in event organization and/or talent marketing, which has equipped you with the skills to adapt your messaging to different audiences. You are eager to learn and contribute to a team that values creativity and innovation in attracting top talent.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and engage with various stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you assess the performance of events through precise KPIs and recruitment objectives. You are comfortable using social media platforms to create engaging content that resonates with your target audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the employer brand team and actively participate in promoting Doctolib to tech talents and students. You will contribute to the event strategy by organizing and coordinating tech events and campus events that attract the best profiles. Your responsibilities will include creating communication plans for each event, both internally with teams and externally with candidates. You will analyze the performance of our events using specific KPIs and targeted recruitment goals, benchmarking new ideas and activities to innovate.
You will define and manage marketing campaigns for our target audiences across various platforms, including LinkedIn and TikTok, and analyze the results to optimize future efforts. Additionally, you will create and manage content on our career site and social media channels aimed at campus targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and talent marketing within a dynamic and supportive environment.
