What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement the Talent Marketing strategy for Doctolib in France, ensuring alignment with the overall employer branding goals. You will manage the budget for Talent Marketing initiatives and analyze performance metrics to refine your approach continuously. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing multichannel campaigns aimed at engaging candidates, particularly for commercial roles. You will create compelling content that highlights the unique aspects of Doctolib's culture and team dynamics. Additionally, you will oversee events and partnerships that enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the strategies you deploy effectively attract the right candidates.
