Who you are
You are looking for an internship in one of Europe's most ambitious start-ups and are eager to contribute to the B2B Marketing team at Doctolib. You have a keen interest in event management and are excited about the opportunity to work on various professional congresses and proprietary events. You are a proactive individual who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
You possess strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing administrative and logistical aspects of events. You are detail-oriented and can analyze event performance using specific KPIs to meet the team's objectives. You are enthusiastic about building relationships and gathering communities of healthcare professionals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will pilot the administrative and logistical management of certain events, working directly with sales teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will closely collaborate with marketing teams, partners, and event organizers to guarantee the successful execution of logistics for events. Your responsibilities will also include selecting and supervising service providers during proprietary events and supporting Event Marketing Managers in promoting these events through communication campaigns.
You will analyze the performance of our events based on precise KPIs, helping the team refine strategies for future engagements. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in event management and marketing, allowing you to develop skills that are essential in the industry.
