You have a proven track record in engineering management, with experience leading teams of 6-10 engineers focused on developer productivity. You understand the importance of creating a culture where engineers own outcomes rather than just tasks, and you prioritize platform adoption and developer satisfaction as key metrics of success. Your background includes significant experience in building and maintaining automation infrastructure and developer tools, which empowers engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
You excel in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent in a competitive market. Conducting impactful 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations is second nature to you. You are passionate about fostering an environment where engineers can thrive and feel supported in their professional growth.
What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for AUTOP, you will lead a team dedicated to building and maintaining the automation infrastructure that supports all Doctolib engineers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of CI/CD automation, testing infrastructure, and developer productivity tooling. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that the automation platform meets their needs and enhances their ability to ship features quickly and safely.
You will be responsible for creating a culture of ownership and accountability within your team, ensuring that each engineer feels empowered to contribute to the platform's success. You will also play a key role in strategic planning and execution, working with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's performance and ensuring high levels of developer satisfaction.
