You have a strong background in software engineering, with the ability to translate functional requirements into elegant designs and deliver high-quality code. Your experience includes managing teams of engineers, fostering their growth while also being hands-on in development. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer needs and are driven by innovation and collaboration. You possess a dose of humility and a willingness to grow, regardless of your seniority. A fluent level of English is essential, and while French is not a requirement, it is a plus.
