Doctolib is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the adoption of their digital solutions among healthcare professionals. You'll focus on outbound sales and client training while collaborating with installation and support teams. Who you are

You have a first experience in sales, particularly in outbound prospecting, where you've developed strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. You enjoy engaging with clients and have a knack for convincing them of the value of solutions that enhance their professional lives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work closely with technical support teams to ensure client satisfaction. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and client interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle for healthcare professionals, dedicating 70% of your time to outbound prospecting. This involves reaching out to potential clients through cold calls to present Doctolib's solutions and persuade them to optimize their medical time. You will handle objections skillfully, transforming refusals into opportunities for engagement. Additionally, you will spend 20% of your time training healthcare professionals on Doctolib's tools, ensuring they are satisfied and can utilize the solutions effectively. The remaining 10% of your time will be spent collaborating with installation and technical support teams to guarantee a seamless experience for new users.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Nantes, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid format, allowing for three days in the office and two days of remote work each week.
