You have a strong background in sales operations and process optimization, ideally with experience in tools that enhance sales and partnership performance. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement in existing processes. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is key to your success in this role. You are proactive in your approach and have a track record of implementing successful go-to-market strategies. You thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives that drive efficiency and satisfaction within sales teams.

What you'll do

As the Sales & Partnerships Tools & Process Lead, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of operations tools and processes for the Sales and Partnerships teams. You will prioritize initiatives that align with the global go-to-market strategy while ensuring local requirements are integrated into the international roadmap. Your role involves designing, testing, and implementing new end-to-end processes and tools in close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations teams. You will actively identify optimization potentials and work towards enhancing the overall efficiency of the teams you support.
