You are adept at balancing technical feasibility with regulatory compliance — you understand the complexities of healthcare systems and can navigate the challenges of integrating various software solutions. Desirable

Experience with FHIR standards is a plus, as it will help you lead the evolution of our integration architecture towards open standards. Familiarity with healthcare information systems (HIS/EHR) and practice management software (PMS) will also be beneficial in understanding the landscape in which you will operate.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the product vision and strategy for our API and interoperability platform — your role will involve ensuring scalability, reliability, and user value in all integrations. You will lead the development of interoperability solutions that drive usage and enhance user satisfaction across healthcare systems.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to evolve our integration architecture towards open standards, particularly FHIR — this will involve understanding the needs of healthcare professionals, partners, and patients to enable new use cases and improve overall user experiences.

Your responsibilities will include conducting product discovery sessions to gather insights from engineers, partners, and end-users — you will balance business objectives with technical feasibility and regulatory constraints to inform your product roadmap. You will also be responsible for championing API best practices and ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
