You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading product initiatives that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your expertise lies in understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features that enhance user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure success. You have a passion for AI technologies and how they can transform customer service, making you an ideal fit for Intercom's mission.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or customer service industry is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes. You are comfortable with user research and A/B testing, and you understand the importance of metrics in guiding product direction. A background in software development or technical product management would also be beneficial, allowing you to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
What you'll do
