Overview
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the DODO team in the Platform domain, focusing on data management products. You'll collaborate with engineering and design teams to enhance the usability and scalability of critical data components.

Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech or healthcare sectors β you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance user experience and drive satisfaction. Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs and business goals.
You possess a strong understanding of data management principles and have experience with databases and data lifecycle solutions β you know how to prioritize features that improve the efficiency and satisfaction of engineering teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to define success metrics and understand user satisfaction drivers effectively.
You are a collaborative leader who thrives in an agile environment β you enjoy working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for translating complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of building products that serve both healthcare professionals and patients.
Desirable
Experience in healthcare technology or similar industries is a plus β you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Doctolib, you will lead the DODO team in managing data management products that are critical for over 600 engineers. Your role will involve scoping and prioritizing requirements for various data solutions, including multiple datastores and file storage systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the products you manage meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and usability.
You will define the vision and success metrics for your products, ensuring that they align with the overall mission of the Platform domain. Your responsibilities will include gathering feedback from users, analyzing satisfaction drivers, and implementing changes that enhance the user experience for engineers working with these products.
