Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you bridge the gap between product and development teams. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure that product goals align with customer needs and market trends. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that your product remains competitive and relevant.

You are driven by innovation and have a passion for creating user-centric products. Your experience includes conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product features. You understand the importance of building a product roadmap that reflects both user needs and business objectives, and you excel at prioritizing tasks to maximize impact. You are comfortable leading workshops and design sessions, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity within your team.

Desirable

Experience in AI or business planning software is a plus, as is familiarity with performance management tools. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your product management skills. A background in finance or analytics can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the needs of your users and the metrics that drive success.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Pigment, you will take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate communication and support customer interactions. Your role will involve pitching the product to existing and potential customers, gathering their feedback through various channels, and using that information to inform product development.

You will proactively monitor the market to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that Pigment remains at the forefront of business planning solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting competitive analysis, and coordinating go-to-market strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing product initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial as you engage with engineers and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall growth of the product management team.
