Who you are
You are an enthusiastic student in communication, marketing, design, or a related field, with a specialization in digital or social media. You have a keen interest in community management and content production, and any prior experience in these areas is a plus. Your excellent writing skills allow you to engage effectively with audiences across various platforms.
You are proficient in using social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and you are familiar with planning tools like Asana and Meta Business Suite. Your creativity shines through in your ability to produce engaging content, including visuals and short videos, using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for moderating community interactions across Doctolib's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Trustpilot, and app stores. You will manage comments and private messages, ensuring a positive experience for users. Additionally, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from social media campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will participate in brainstorming sessions to create engaging content tailored to patients, contributing to the production of visuals, short videos, and publications. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams, including design and communication, as well as external content creators. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing Doctolib's online presence and fostering a strong community around health and wellness.
