You are an aspiring social media professional with a keen interest in music and culture. You have a foundational understanding of social media platforms and their dynamics, and you're eager to learn and grow within the marketing field. Your attention to detail ensures that all content is accurate and aligns with the brand's voice and tone. You possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to deadlines. You are comfortable using tools like Photoshop and Microsoft Office to create and manage content. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
As an Assistant Social Media Manager at Fender, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the editorial calendar for Fender China. You will partner with Product, Creative, Artist, and other Marketing functions to develop a monthly content calendar for all social media platforms. Your role will involve reviewing all scheduled channel posts for accuracy, grammar, voice/tone, and relevancy prior to posting. You will lead the creation of weekly reports measuring and analyzing campaign metrics, adjusting tactics to optimize growth, engagement, and overall performance. Additionally, you will manage influencer relationships, working within the annual budget set by your leader for each campaign and developing effective influencer plans. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining influencer sample inventory, ensuring smooth application and delivery processes.
