You are a Healthcare IT expert with a deep understanding of connector architecture and the German healthcare IT landscape. You have practical experience with the Telematikinfrastruktur (TI 2.0) and can manage complex integration cases effectively. Your ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both IT experts and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You possess strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with API synchronization and OAuth2 authentication, and are fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).

You have a passion for technical excellence in healthcare interoperability, and your experience with Gematik standards and ITSP roles makes you a valuable asset to any team. What you'll do

As a Technical Solution Engineer at Doctolib, you will serve as the central interface between the Doctolib platform and the German healthcare IT landscape. You will manage connectors, ensuring seamless data exchange with practice management systems and addressing complex integration challenges. Your mission will be to achieve technical excellence in healthcare interoperability, from TI connectors to API integrations.

You will support and troubleshoot the Doctolib Desktop Viewer (DDV), addressing deployment issues, performance optimization, and configuration errors. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve interoperability issues and ensure compliance with Gematik standards. You will also be responsible for documenting incidents and solutions in Jira, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
