Your experience includes supporting users during the onboarding process of complex systems, ensuring they have the technical prerequisites for utilizing Doctolib's offerings. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Customer Care, to enhance the efficiency of your department.
What you'll do
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be a proactive point of contact for users, primarily healthcare practices and medical centers, to assess their context and verify the technical requirements for using Doctolib. You will conduct the migration process of customer data into the Doctolib application, ensuring a smooth transition for users. Additionally, you will provide technical onboarding support for complex inquiries during and shortly after the onboarding phase. Your role will also involve implementing various products, such as the AI-based telephone assistant and appointment management solutions, contributing to the overall success of the customer journey.
