What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Product Experience team within R&D at WalkMe. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers to support a wide range of customer use cases on various web-based platforms. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions to enhance user experience, and assisting in the implementation of new features. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of WalkMe's products. You will also have the opportunity to expand your technical skillset through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced engineers. Your role will involve problem-solving and critical thinking as you navigate complex technical challenges.
