doinstruct is hiring an IT Support & Office Operations Working Student to help build a reliable internal IT and office setup. What you'll do

In this role, you will own internal IT support end-to-end, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues. You will troubleshoot day-to-day problems pragmatically, ensuring that the team remains productive. Instead of merely firefighting recurring issues, you will document and improve these problems, contributing to a more efficient IT support setup.

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering to design IT support processes, tools, and workflows from scratch. This hands-on role will give you broad exposure across the company, allowing you to understand the intricacies of IT support, security, compliance, and office operations. You will also assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that new team members have the resources they need to succeed.
