Upvest is hiring a Compliance Working Student to support building and maintaining a scalable compliance monitoring environment. Who you are
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Law, or a related field, and you possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. You are fluent in both German and English, which allows you to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your curiosity about the banking and fintech industry drives your eagerness to learn about compliance and financial market regulations. You have quick comprehension and organizational skills, which are essential for structuring processes effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the compliance team in building and maintaining a scalable compliance monitoring environment. You will have the opportunity to create and influence new process and monitoring designs, which will contribute to the overall efficiency of the compliance function. Working closely with experienced compliance professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes, enhancing your understanding of compliance in the fintech sector.
