Who you are
You are a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic FinTech environment. As an intern or working student, you are eager to learn and contribute to various departments such as Strategy, Banking, Growth, Operations, Product, and People. You thrive in collaborative settings and are excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse team.

What you'll do
In this role, you will support high-impact projects with senior leadership in the Strategy & Org department, gaining exposure to Upvest's products, clients, operations, and the banking ecosystem. You will work with the Banking team to accelerate growth by partnering with different departments and developing a sustainable approach to risk. In the Growth department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and unlock business potential. The Operations team will rely on you to streamline processes and drive efficiency, while the Product team will involve you in designing, building, and launching impactful products. Additionally, you will partner with the People team to shape culture and enhance employee experience.
