You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align analytics with business goals. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You understand the dynamics of a multi-sided marketplace and can navigate the complexities of balancing advertiser ROI with consumer experience.
Desirable
Experience in the advertising or e-commerce sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools. You are comfortable with data storytelling and can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Ads & Promotions Analytics, you will own the analytics strategy for DoorDash Ads, one of the company's fastest-growing segments. You will lead a diverse team of data scientists, guiding them to uncover insights that drive product development and optimize outcomes for both consumers and merchants. Your first few months will involve establishing clear priorities and aligning with cross-functional partners to set the analytical vision for sustainable growth. You will be responsible for delivering measurable business impact, enhancing the quality of analytics across the organization, and building systems that support advertiser ROI while maintaining platform health. You will report directly to the Director of Analytics and play a key role in shaping the future of DoorDash Ads.
