Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in advertising analytics or marketing analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. You are skilled in data analysis and have a strong understanding of how to leverage data to inform marketing strategies. You enjoy collaborating with sales and account management teams to enhance marketing recommendations and optimize media strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels. You are a natural leader, capable of managing a team of analysts while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and opportunities that can help CPG advertisers grow their businesses with DoorDashβs marketing products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the Advertising & Promotions team, focusing on delivering impactful insights and analytics for CPG advertisers. You will partner with Account Management and Sales teams to improve the delivery framework for marketing recommendations and customer insights. Your responsibilities will include creating case studies and benchmarks to support new advertisers and drive product adoption.
You will lead the development of the CPG Insights roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Product to launch new analytic capabilities. As a people manager, you will oversee a team of Insights S&O Leads, ensuring they deliver error-free reporting and analysis. You will also be responsible for scaling and improving current processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
