Who you are

You have a strong background in monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns, with a focus on performance analysis and troubleshooting. Your experience includes working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure campaign success. You are proficient in SQL and have a knack for analyzing data to identify trends and anomalies. You are detail-oriented and can create comprehensive post-mortem documentation to report on campaign performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to partner with various stakeholders to enhance targeting strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for daily monitoring of SMB and Enterprise campaigns, identifying performance anomalies, and troubleshooting issues across various advertising platforms. You will analyze campaign metrics using SQL and internal dashboards to diagnose root causes and recommend performance improvements. Your role will involve creating post-mortem documentation that includes both internal and external metrics to report on campaign health. You will define actions to take based on your analyses and manage the outcomes effectively. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams will be essential as you work to optimize targeting strategies and other levers that enhance campaign performance. You will also support campaign setup and deliver insights that contribute to the overall efficiency of advertising efforts.
