You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in accurately receiving and stocking inventory — you ensure that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You are familiar with HACCP and food-handling processes, and you understand the significance of proper product rotation to maintain quality. You communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with DoorDash.
What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, you will be responsible for inventory receiving and management — you will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes to ensure proper product rotation. You will also pick, pack, and sort orders using technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages and stage orders for delivery.
In this role, you will delight customers by communicating clearly and pleasantly through the app when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a positive working environment.
You will work closely with your team to achieve common goals and ensure that operations run smoothly. Your contributions will help DoorDash provide fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery to customers, making a meaningful impact on their experience.
