Overview

DoorDash is hiring a Specialist for Proactive Outreach to support their Dashpass customers by preventing delivery issues. You'll engage in proactive outreach and problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a customer champion and problem-solver who excels at advocating for DoorDash's customers. You possess the ability to adapt to various customer needs, providing appropriate empathy and quickly resolving any issues that arise. Your excellent communication skills enable you to understand and meet the needs of our customers effectively. You are passionate about removing barriers and ensuring that every detail is addressed, demonstrating the follow-through that our customers expect.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage in proactive outreach to support our VIP customers, focusing on preventing delivery issues before they occur. You will be responsible for root-causing delivery problems to determine whether they are merchant, dasher, or consumer-driven, and you will proactively address these issues. Your interactions will directly impact customer sentiment and retention, making your role crucial to the success of DoorDash's business. You will leverage internal tools to provide timely resolutions and highlight common themes that affect customer success.
