You have a background in customer support and are eager to leverage your experience to help improve the customer experience on the DoorDash platform. You are adaptable and flexible, ready to engage in new experiments and pilot initiatives that support Customers, Merchants, and Dashers. What you'll do
As a SPRINT Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging in various projects aimed at enhancing the customer support experience. You will participate in operationalizing and executing support experience experiments, which may involve collaborating with different teams to gather insights and feedback. Your role will require you to adapt to the changing nature of these experiments, with training sessions occurring regularly to keep you informed and prepared. You will also assist with volume from other Support Operations lines of business as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.
