Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. You understand the nuances of both B2B and D2C marketing and have a proven track record of driving engagement and retention. Your skills in copywriting allow you to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You are proficient in using analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and excel in program management, ensuring that all aspects of marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on data-driven insights, always aiming for continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to defining campaign objectives and aligning them with the overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with various teams to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on both engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include brief development, segment definition, and workflow development to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently. You will also be involved in reporting and analytics, providing insights on campaign performance and suggesting improvements. You will report to the Associate Director of Product Marketing and participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Oscar's marketing efforts innovative and effective. You will help foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to reach our audiences.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $69,120 - $90,720 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in our unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. We believe in a healthy work-life balance, which is why this position requires a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office each week. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming the health insurance industry through technology and exceptional service.
