Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition — your experience includes developing audience-first strategies that drive growth and engagement. You are adaptable and curious, thriving at the intersection of brand, growth, and analytics. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, and you are comfortable working with various marketing channels to achieve business goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Strategy & Operations. You are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies. Your experience in digital marketing tools and platforms equips you to execute campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in acquiring new consumers for DoorDash's New Vertical business. You will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on audience insights and data-driven decision-making. You will identify, test, and scale acquisition opportunities that enhance customer engagement and increase monthly active users (MAU).

You will collaborate closely with various teams to bring marketing campaigns to life, ensuring that strategies are effectively communicated and executed across all channels. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders. You will also be involved in brainstorming and executing innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
