Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations with a focus on acquisition processes — your experience includes designing and implementing scalable workflows that enhance operational efficiency. You enjoy using data and insights to inform business decisions and improve processes, ensuring that teams can work effectively across various regions. Your structured thinking and operational execution skills allow you to translate complex strategies into actionable plans that drive results.

You are adept at creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) — your attention to detail ensures that all documentation is clear and consistent, while also accommodating regional variations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with global and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a core contributor to Uber's global Acquisition Center of Excellence, focusing on the Delivery Commercial Operations. You will create, document, and maintain SOPs for acquisition processes, ensuring that they are scalable and effective across different markets. Your responsibilities will include drafting business requirements and user stories to support tooling enhancements, particularly with Salesforce, and collaborating with various teams to implement these solutions.

You will monitor acquisition health and identify inefficiencies in current processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will require you to partner with Product and Business Technology Engineering teams to ensure that the tools and processes you design meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for executing and rolling out process improvements, making sure that all changes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
