You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in driving growth and adoption of technology solutions. What you'll do

As the Director of Platform Account Development, you will own the sales performance that contributes to DoorDash's Commerce Platform revenue goals. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for the platform, focusing on increasing adoption among existing SMB restaurant partners. Your role involves hiring, developing, and managing a talented sales team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of SMB Restaurant Success and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. Your responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify effective tactics at each stage of the sales process and implementing strategies to improve performance. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team, encouraging innovative approaches to sales.
