What you'll do

In this role, you will set the direction for the Platform at Lattice, defining a clear product vision that helps teams build high-quality products quickly and reliably. You will focus on platform investments that create the most leverage for product teams, emphasizing better tooling, stronger foundations, and shared experiences that reduce friction and rework.

You will lead and grow a small team of product managers, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with engineering and design leaders, where you will make thoughtful trade-offs and prioritize effectively to keep teams aligned.

Your role will also involve ensuring that platform work translates into meaningful outcomes for the business. You will work to improve product velocity and reliability, ensuring that customer-facing experiences are cohesive and high-quality.
