Who you are

You have a strong background in data analytics and marketing strategy, with experience in consumer promotions and campaign management. You are skilled at identifying consumer cohort trends and suggesting interventions within the customer lifecycle. Your analytical mindset allows you to work with complex data sets to develop strategic consumer pricing and promotions plans. You are comfortable analyzing campaign results to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various teams to manage multiple consumer promotions across diverse geographies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Associate in Consumer Promotions Strategy, you will own the execution of promotional campaigns aimed at accelerating consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will leverage data analytics to inform your strategies, ensuring that promotional efforts are effective and aligned with consumer needs. Your role will involve testing and iterating on promotional structures based on ongoing analysis of customer data. You will collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure successful implementation of promotional initiatives. Your insights will help shape the direction of consumer promotions, driving value for both the company and its customers.
