What you'll do
As an Associate in the Consumer Promotions Strategy team, you will be responsible for developing integrated promotional strategies that accelerate consumer acquisition and retention. You will analyze consumer cohort trends and suggest interventions within the customer lifecycle to enhance engagement. Your role will involve executing promotional campaigns and improving them through testing and experimentation, informed by ongoing analysis of customer data. You will collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, and Strategy & Operations teams to manage multiple consumer promotions across various geographies in the U.S. Your insights will help shape the promotional strategies that delight customers and drive them back to DoorDash.
