Who you are

You are a people-focused trainer with experience in culinary operations, excited to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for food and training others. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide hands-on support makes you an ideal fit for this role. You understand the importance of quality assurance and are committed to ensuring that all team members execute recipes and follow procedures correctly.

You have a background in culinary arts or a related field, and you are familiar with various culinary concepts. Your experience in training and up-leveling associates will be invaluable as you work closely with site operators to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with launching new concepts in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for administering training and ongoing quality assurance for multiple culinary concepts. You will work hands-on with site operators to ensure that all managers, shift leads, and associates are properly executing recipes and following procedures. Your role will involve regular training touch-points to provide continuous support to site teams, helping them to improve their skills and maintain high standards of food preparation.

You will collaborate with the Culinary, Kitchen Operations, and Project Management teams to develop training materials and programs that align with the goals of DashMart Kitchens. Your ability to lead training sessions and provide constructive feedback will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence within the team. You will also be involved in the launch of new culinary concepts, ensuring that all team members are prepared and confident in their roles.
