What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with customers when issues arise, and ensuring that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will maintain accountability for inventory and equipment, ensuring they are properly handled and stored. You will also engage in light food preparation in the kitchen when necessary, contributing to a seamless operation.
