What you'll do

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist in leading a team of Operations Associates and Shift Leads within a distribution center. You will be responsible for driving operational success through effective scheduling and inventory management. Your role will involve engaging with cross-functional partners to support your team and tackle any onsite challenges that arise.

You will serve as a change agent, helping your team navigate new initiatives and growth projects while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Your leadership will be crucial in building a high-performing team that is excited to drive success both personally and collectively.
