What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the daily operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. You will maintain accountability for inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are stored correctly. You will also be responsible for training new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to meet operational goals and deliver high-quality service to customers. You will engage with customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process, ensuring a positive experience for all.
