You are resourceful and can problem-solve effectively, prioritizing tasks and overcoming obstacles that arise in the field. You have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related duties, which is crucial for managing the e-scooter fleet.
What you'll do
As an Operations Partner at Bird, you will manage the end-to-end operation of the e-scooter portfolio in Newark, NJ. This includes ensuring that the scooters are charged, deployed, relocated, and retrieved as needed. You will utilize mobile technology to monitor the fleet and ensure that scooters are available for riders at all times. Your role will involve problem-solving and prioritizing tasks to maintain the fleet's efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with the local City Operations Manager to align operations with community transportation needs, ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly mobility solution is always accessible.
