What you'll do
As a DashMart Kitchens Shift Lead, you will take ownership of your assigned shifts, overseeing both warehouse and kitchen processes. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are prepared and delivered to the highest quality standards. You will maintain accountability for inventory management, ensuring that all products are properly handled and stored to prevent loss or theft. You will guide operations associates through their shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring that the team works collaboratively to meet operational goals. You will also play a key role in training new team members, instilling a culture of safety and productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that customer orders are executed smoothly, and you will communicate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
