Job Description
Who you are
You are a driven individual with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on various operational responsibilities at Gopuff. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to a dynamic operations team. You are capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand and walk for the duration of your assigned shift. You are flexible with your schedule and can work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and invoices. You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor and facility. You will also handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts.
