You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. Your portfolio showcases your ability to lead design projects from concept to execution, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You are proficient in Figma and have experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research. You possess a strong owner mentality, taking initiative to drive projects forward while collaborating effectively with others. You are passionate about creating seamless and engaging experiences that resonate with users and support business goals.
Desirable
Experience in designing for hardware products or innovative technology solutions is a plus. Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and a strong understanding of user research techniques will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and execution.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer on the Merchant Platform Innovation team, you will lead the design of new end-to-end user experiences for an emerging hardware product. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape the product strategy and prioritize design efforts.
