Who you are
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in e-commerce or fulfillment platforms. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch. You thrive in collaborative environments and can drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in.
You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail. You are comfortable designing experiments that improve quality and delivery operations, and you have a knack for finding product-market fit. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
Desirable
Experience in a hypergrowth environment or with large-scale partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and fulfillment strategies will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Associate on the Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success. You will help define, test, and scale the Commerce Platformβs next biggest bets. Your responsibilities will include launching and scaling partnerships, building strategic go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring solutions forward.
On a typical day, you may work with team members to design experiments that improve operations, test new marketing strategies, and address issues that enable efficient processes for both DoorDash and its merchants. You will be responsible for analyzing data to inform decisions and ensure continuous growth.
