Desirable
Experience with restaurant technology stacks is a plus, as is familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement strategies. A background in project management or consulting can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Manager, Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the DoorDash Commerce Platform Strategy & Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your technical expertise to guide merchants in integrating DoorDash solutions into their existing business frameworks. You will become an expert in both the DoorDash product suite and the common challenges faced by enterprise restaurant tech stacks.
You will work closely with CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs of various merchants, providing them with insights and strategies to enhance their digital experiences. Your role will involve a mix of consulting and direct contribution to the sales process, ensuring that merchants understand how to maximize the value of the DoorDash Commerce Platform.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with the overall business strategy and technical capabilities of the DoorDash platform. Your insights will help shape product development and improve the overall merchant experience.
