You are a strategic thinker who can balance technical requirements with business objectives, driving value for both the company and its clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect & Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the DoorDash Commerce Platform Strategy & Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team focused on driving growth across various products and services. You will leverage your technical expertise to consult with merchants, helping them understand how the DoorDash Commerce Platform can fit into their existing business models and technology stacks. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales process, acting as both a consultant and a key contributor.

You will work closely with the General Manager for Enterprise Digital Ordering, ensuring alignment between your team's objectives and the broader company strategy. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that enhance the digital experiences of merchants, ultimately driving exponential growth for the Platform business. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
