You have a strong foundation in AI and NLP technologies, with experience in designing scalable, customer-centric solutions. Your technical expertise allows you to act as a primary liaison, supporting customers through custom deployment projects. You excel at eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business, functional, and system-level requirements, ensuring that customer expectations are met throughout the solution life-cycle.

What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Architect at NICE, you will engage with clients early in the sales cycle, helping them navigate their journey from premise to cloud solutions. You will be responsible for the configuration of CXone solutions based on customer requirements and industry best practices. Your role will involve creating Statements of Work (SOW) for Enterprise Customers, ensuring that all technical and business tasks are aligned with client needs.
You will stay involved through the onboarding process, assisting with the solution life-cycle and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your expertise in CXone products and ecosystem will be crucial as you lead clients through their deployment projects. You will also be involved in continuous improvement efforts, leveraging feedback to enhance the customer experience and drive product innovation.
