What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Engineer in the Delivery Experience team, you will lead the design and implementation of critical systems that enhance the customer journey post-checkout. Your role will involve architecting solutions that integrate AI and machine learning to create smarter chatbots and improve real-time order tracking. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define the technical roadmap and ensure that the systems you build meet the needs of both customers and support agents.

You will be responsible for influencing the technical direction of the team, ensuring that the engineering foundations are robust and scalable. Your work will directly impact customer trust and satisfaction, as you will be developing features that streamline support processes and enhance the overall delivery experience.
