You have a strong background in account management and customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. You are proactive in identifying client needs and recommending strategies to meet their goals. What you'll do
As an Account Manager at DoubleVerify, you will be responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts, overseeing campaigns from kick-off to implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. You will play a critical role in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include establishing contact with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products.
You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to market. This includes working closely with sales to identify opportunities for growth and ensuring that clients are informed about the latest product features and updates.
