You have a strong background in account management and customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are committed to delivering superior service across your accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, implementation, product management, engineering, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

You are proactive in identifying client needs and recommending strategies to meet their goals. Your ability to educate customers about product offerings and how they can leverage them for their objectives is a key strength. You are adaptable and recognize that the person we hire may have varying levels of experience, and you are open to mentoring and learning from others.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at DoubleVerify, you will be responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts, overseeing campaigns from kick-off to implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. You will play a critical role in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include establishing contact with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to market. This includes working closely with sales to identify opportunities for growth and ensuring that clients are informed about the latest product features and updates. You will also be involved in reporting and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights to clients on how to optimize their digital advertising investments.
