DoubleVerify is seeking an Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and relationships. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with experience in servicing customer accounts and building lasting relationships. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are committed to delivering superior service across your accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, implementation, product management, engineering, and finance teams to meet client needs. You are proactive in recommending strategies that drive ongoing client product needs and are skilled at educating customers about product offerings.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that the person we hire may have varying levels of experience.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at DoubleVerify, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer accounts, from kick-off to implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. You will play a critical role in ensuring that clients receive world-class service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include establishing contact with clients, understanding their goals, and leveraging DoubleVerify's product suite to help them achieve success. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
